We work hard to make sure our clients are happy: happy clients = continued business for us and the ability to do what we love. That said, we have a few basic policies, terms, and conditions to make sure the parameters of doing business with May 15 Media are understood and well-communicated.
Services offered are digital marketing services. We ensure 100% client satisfaction or no charges are made.
Our refund policy is 100% money back or replacement services within a slotted period of time: usually one year of placement for content. We ensure all customers are satisfied and this can be verified with our low dispute and chargeback ratio (almost zero). We believe reasonable judgment can be made and settled upon by both parties to ensure amicable delivery.
Terms and Conditions:
Payment is to be made within 30 days of proper business services delivery as well as a reasonable expectation of client services delivery periods. May 15 Media makes no claims about the context of content publishing on any marketing channels as it is owned by both the client and the publishing sites.
Delivery of all services is promised within seven working days or less for each separate order.
Any content removed from a website is a result of client non-payment or website publishing channels strategic direction after a reasonable amount of time (typically 1 year) after the date of publishing. Any time within this window or a reasonable period where content is removed for any reason is replaced or refunded per client requests depending on the level of client satisfaction and expectation.
Our low percentage of client disputes is a benchmark of our level of client satisfaction. We deliver and we make it right: every time!
Customer Service Policy:
Customer service is handled directly through our management team. We proceed in a manner that ensures client satisfaction and we give responses to all paying clients within a 48 hour period unless previously noted (holiday leave and vacation periods).
We go to all necessary measures to ensure our clients receive the delivery as expected or beyond what is promised. We secure and maintain client relationships and hold this principle to be sacred at the same level as the value we deliver.
